Returns Policy
- You can return within 7 days of the product being delivered.
- Accessories, bags, blouses and footwear are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
- Sarees/Lehengas with stitched blouses according to your measurements are non-returnable.
- Customized & personalized products are non-returnable.
- For all other products please refer to the product page for specific return terms.
- Products must be in original condition and include all labels & tags intact.
- Petticoat charges are non refundable.
- Returns should only be for items that are damaged/defective or are entirely different than to the one which is shown online.
- Returns are subject to approvals.
Refund Policy
- A canceled order within 2 hours will result in a credit voucher code for a future purchase or a refund in your bank account. Refunds will be processed in a form of a credit to their Credit Card / Net Banking / Debit Card Account within 7 business days.
- During peak periods such as Sales or Festive periods, processing returns might be delayed slightly.
- Products purchased during Sale will not be eligible for refunds.
- At no point in time will Raj Ratan issue refunds more than the value of the product.
