Orders

For all our orders, our aim is to deliver as soon as possible. We try to dispatch the products within 48 hours from the time of order placed and delivery time is generally within 6-7 working days.
At Raj Ratan, we try to ensure that you have a wonderful and hassle-free shopping experience; however, in the rare case that you are unable to place an order, we suggest that you call us at 077048 00900 or write to us at customercare@rajratan.com and we will do our best to help you.
When you are getting ready to place your order, you will see a pin code checker – just enter your pin code and you can find out whether we deliver to your location or not.
Unfortunately, you will not be able to place an order for a sold-out style. We suggest that you check our website regularly or you can drop us a mail at customercare@rajratan.com and we will send you a notification when the style is back in stock.
Shipping
We try to dispatch orders within 48 hours of receiving the order and depending on your location, your order should reach you within 6-7 days.
Shipping is free for all prepaid orders above INR 1999/-. There is an additional cost of INR 50 for all COD orders.
We check and double check every package before it is dispatched, however, in the rare event that an item is missing from your order, we request you to write to us immediately at customercare@rajratan.com with the order number and we will get in touch with you.
All our deliveries are done through reputed courier services and we will share the tracking details, including delivery details. You can always contact them with your specific delivery/pickup requirements.
In such a scenario, we request you to contact the delivery company, the tracking details for which will be shared with you on your registered phone/email.

Return, Refunds & Exchange
You can return products within 7 days of them being delivered; however, customised and personalised products are not subject to return or refund. Accessories, bags, blouses and footwear are also non-returnable and non-exchangeable. Products for return should be in their original condition, with all the labels and tags intact. Returns will be accepted for items that are either damaged or defective or are completely different from what is shown on the website. Please read our Return Policy

There are no cancellation charges applicable, if you cancel the order within 2 hours of placing the order. In such a scenario, we will process a full refund to the source of payment. However, there is no cancellation beyond the 2-hour window, unless there are extenuating circumstances, in which case, the decision to process the refund or not will lie solely with Raj Ratan.
Once we receive the product back, it will be inspected thoroughly and if eligible for return, we will issue the refund. Refunds will be processed in the form of a credit back to their Credit Card / Net Banking / Debit Card Account within 7 business days. Please note that products purchased during sales or offers, will not be eligible for refunds.
In case you are not satisfied with the received products, you can get in touch with our customer care, within 7 days of delivery. Please note that we do not accept return on personalised or customised products such as lehengas and blouses. In addition, accessories, bags and footwear are also non-returnable and non-exchangeable. Returns will be accepted for items that are either defective, damaged or completely different from what is shown on the website. Please ensure that all original labels and tags are intact and the product is returned to us in the original condition.
You can request for an exchange within 7 days of receiving the product; however, no exchange is available for accessories, bags, blouses and footwear, personalised and customised outfits.
In case you are not happy with your order, we request you to contact our customer care team within 7 days of receiving the product. We accept exchange for products that are either damaged, defective or completely different to what is shown on the website. Our customer care team will provide you with the required instructions for exchange, taking into account the condition of the product.
Please note, no returns or exchanges will be entertained on sale or offer orders.
