• Accessories, bags, blouses and footwear are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
• Sarees/Lehengas with stitched blouses according to your measurements are non-returnable.
• Customized & personalized products are non-returnable.

• Products must be in original condition and include all labels & tags intact.
• Petticoat charges are non refundable.
• Returns should only be for items that are damaged/defective or are entirely different than to the one which is shown online.
• Returns are subject to approvals.

Cancellation Policy

Raj Ratan reserves the right to cancel any order without any explanation for doing so, as per the circumstances where the requirement could not be met. The company will ensure that any communication of cancellation of an order or any applicable refund will be made in a reasonable time.

You may cancel an order within 2 hours after placing it. No cancellations are permitted beyond 2 hours barring extenuating circumstances. Any accepted cancellation beyond 2 hours will be exclusively at the discretion of Raj Ratan & the refund would only be in the form of a credit voucher code.
